Here are the ones we get asked the most

MaduKebon is raw honey from wild acacia bees in Sumatra. It goes through one step: light filtering, then it's bottled. No heat treatment, no additives, nothing else.

Most commercial honey is heated at high temperatures to extend shelf life and prevent crystallization. That process destroys the natural enzymes. MaduKebon skips the heat entirely, so the enzymes, antioxidants, and other natural compounds stay intact.

That's normal for raw acacia honey from Sumatra — the dark color comes from the natural minerals and plant compounds in the nectar. It hasn't been bleached or filtered beyond removing physical debris, so you're seeing it exactly as it is.

Keep it somewhere cool, away from direct sunlight — a regular kitchen shelf works fine, no refrigeration needed. Always keep the cap tightly closed. If it crystallizes, that's a good sign — it means the honey is real. Just sit the bottle in warm (not boiling) water and it'll go back to liquid.

Right now we carry one size: 450g / 15.8oz. If you're looking to buy in bulk — for gifts or retail — get in touch and we'll work something out.
